As of this writing (14 June 2024), the latest available jobs include: Project Development Officer II at Field Office VII; Houseparent I at Field Office VII – Haven for Women; Social Welfare Aide at Field Office VII – AVRC; and other openings in various DSWD Offices.

5. Click on the job you want. For example, let’s click, “Project Development Officer II.” The screen will display all the information about the job, such as Place of Assignment, Salary Grade, Qualifications, and Job Functions.

Be guided by the job vacancy’s “Criteria for Evaluation.” The information displayed also includes the “Criteria for Evaluation.” For the Project Development Officer II position, for example, the criteria for evaluation includes: Education (25%), Experience (25%); Special Exam (15%), Initial Qualifying Test (10%), Training (10%), Competency-based Interview (10%), and IPCR/related Performance Review (5%)… for a total score of 100%.

7. Once you have decided to apply for the job, click on the link to a Google Document. This will lead you to the online Job Application Form for the job vacancy posted.

8. Fill up the form and attached scanned copies of the requirements (e.g. Application Letter, Personal Data Sheet, copy of Civil Service eligibility, copy of Professional License if any, copy of TOR, copy of relevant trainings and seminars, and copy of IPCR if any). Be sure to submit your online application before the given deadline.
