The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, more popularly known as 4Ps, is the flagship poverty alleviation program of the Philippine government. Implemented by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), this program involves conditional cash transfers for poor Filipino families or households.
Cash transfers under the 4Ps program are usually disbursed through branches of Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank), the largest government-owned bank in the country and the second largest bank in terms of assets. This bank has a special focus on the needs of farmers and fishermen, although it caters to all Filipinos in general.

Cash Grants for 4Ps Members
The target beneficiaries of the 4Ps program are poor households, specifically those with children ages 0 to 18 years old. Through conditional cash transfers, the program seeks to improve the health, nutrition, and education of its member families.
What can 4Ps members expect to receive? First, there’s educational assistance, given monthly for 10 months (i.e. school year). Day-care and elementary students are each entitled to PHP 300 per month; junior high school students receive PHP 500 a month; and senior high school students are entitled to PHP 700 per month.
Secondly, there’s health assistance, which amounts to PHP 750 per household per month. There’s a PHP 600 worth of rice subsidy, as well. Additional benefits include automatic insurance coverage under PhilHealth, and priority in projects such as the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) and other government programs.
As for the cash grants, these are disbursed to 4Ps members — usually monthly — through LandBank ATMs. If this method is not viable, alternative methods such as rural bank transactions or GCash remittances are used.
LandBank Branches for Withdrawing 4Ps Payout
The great thing about LandBank is that it has an extensive rural branch network, with more than 400 branches and over 2,100 ATMs as of 2020. Hence, it is able to reach most 4Ps members, including those who are residing in remote, rural areas.
If you are a 4Ps member and you’d like to know where you can withdraw your program payouts, here’s a list of LandBank servicing branches in the country. In the sub-list for your region, you can determine the nearest LandBank branch or branches in your area.
